Stefanie Buchanan is a Transaction Manager with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro Capital Markets). Stefanie joined Surmount in 2025 and currently works with the Capital Markets team, managing the team’s databases and pipeline, researching potential financing sources, and performing administrative duties.

Prior to working with Surmount, Stefanie worked at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where she supported a team of mortgage brokers by creating marketing materials, maintaining team data, and performing administrative duties. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communications Media.
