Bryan Ellis is a Loan Originator with SURMOUNT. Bryan joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently specializes in sourcing financing for a variety of asset classes throughout the United States including retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and self-storage. He leverages an extensive network of lenders to customize the services he delivers to clients.

Over his career, Bryan has been involved in over $36 million in transactions.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Bryan worked at Marcus & Millichap where he was responsible for underwriting, valuing and selling investment properties in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. He graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a degree in Business Administration. Bryan currently lives in Long Island City and enjoys playing basketball, biking, surfing and reading.
