Joyce Crowder is a Loan Processor with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro Capital Markets). Joyce joined Surmount in 2025 and currently supports the new Capital Markets team with facilitating successful loan closings.

Prior to working with Surmount, Joyce spent the last 22 years working for several commercial lenders. Most recently, she was employed by CapStar Bank as their National Net Lease Administration and Closing Officer, where she was instrumental in closing over $1 billion in triple net lease loans over an 8-year period. She graduated from The Bill Miller School of Real Estate and holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker license. She also attended IUPUI and earned a Supervisory Management Certificate. Joyce lives in McCordsville, Indiana.
