About Evan

Evan Sterling is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Evan joined Surmount in 2023 and currently works with top dealership groups in North America, helping unlock hidden value related to fee-owned and leasehold real estate assets. In addition, Evan works with dealership groups in the context of M&A transactions, helping to facilitate growth and use real estate equity as a vital source of the capital stack.

Prior to working with Surmount, Evan worked at Ascension (formerly “James Capital Advisors”) where he specialized in investment sales and structuring sale-leaseback transactions. He graduated magna cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. Evan lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
