Eddie DeMatteis is an Associate with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Eddie joined Surmount in 2022 and currently assists in conducting property-level diligence, underwriting real estate fundamentals, and working with buy-side clients in identifying investment opportunities that match buyers’ investment profiles while providing advisory services.
Prior to working with Surmount, Eddie interned for Bridge Property Advisors, a commercial real estate services firm providing brokerage, advisory, and capital solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. He graduated from Wake Forest University’s Farrell School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
