Adam Friedlander is a Managing Director, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Adam joined the Surmount in 2014 and currently exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets. His clients include family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, developers, institutions, REITs, private equity, and hedge funds.

Since joining the Surmount, Adam has advised on several billion in transactions and satisfied innumerable IRC Section 1031 exchanges for his clients.

Adam received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor with a major in Political Science while completing a variety of coursework at the Ross School of Business. Adam later received a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami Law School in Coral Gables, Florida, and is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations. Adam lives in Manhattan, New York.
