Ryan Mastroianni is an Analyst with Surmount. Ryan joined NNN Pro in 2024, and he currently provides support on the acquisition and sale of net lease properties for major national franchisors, private investors, family offices, institutional clients, developers, and affluent individuals involved in 1031 exchanges, offering advisory expertise throughout the process.

Prior to working with Surmount, Ryan worked at Dell Technologies as an Account Executive where he served medium-sized businesses in Georgia. In his two-year tenure, he closed over $5.8 million in revenue, consisting of 150 total buyers. Prior to Dell, he graduated summa cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Ryan lives in Boston, Massachusetts and in his free time loves being outdoors and on the water.
