Kevin Burke is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Kevin joined Surmount in 2022 and is currently responsible for providing support on the representation of developers, 1031 exchange buyers, franchisees/franchisors, and individuals on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties.

Prior to working with Surmount, Kevin worked at Hemenway Trust Company where he helped manage 200+ client relationships supporting roughly $7 billion in AUM. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics with a degree in Finance and played four years on the Men’s Lacrosse Team. Kevin currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
