Connor Crovello is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Connor joined Surmount in 2024 and focuses on advising private investors, developers, and tenants based in the Northeast. 

Prior to working with Surmount, Connor developed an expertise in the franchise industry, working as the Director of Business Development for Take 5 Oil Change from 2019-2022.  In this time he built trusted relationships with private equity groups, signing hundreds of units worth of Area Development Agreements, and driving the company from a small regional chain to a dominant national brand with over 900 locations.  More recently, Connor formed a franchisee venture to develop 7 Brew Coffee stores and built the company’s first location in the state of Virginia.

Connor graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Political Science.
