Jack Winslow is a Senior Associate with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Jack joined Surmount in 2019 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group assisting with the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and disposition/acquisition programs for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, developers, and other large institutions.

Since joining Surmount, Jack has managed approximately 150 transactions totaling approximately $600 million in transaction volume. Most notably, Jack assisted one of the premier operators in the car wash space with a high-profile, multi-year disposition program which has included over 50 properties and nearly $300 million in market value.

Prior to working full time with Surmount, Jack contributed as an intern, where he developed extensive knowledge throughout various aspects of net lease including understanding inherent real estate value, market conditions, tenant/credit underwriting, and site-level performance metrics and lease economics. Jack graduated from the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
