Hannan Ben Yosef is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Hannan joined Surmount in 2021 and is currently responsible for brokering acquisitions and dispositions of net leased properties nationally. Throughout his career, Hannan has worked with some of the largest private and institutional real estate investors and owners.

Through building and maintaining a trustworthy network of relationships, combined with meticulously learning about clients' criteria, market and financing needs, Hannan is able to deliver exceptional value to a wide base of clientele, generating them greater wealth while cultivating further stability and capital growth. Throughout his career, Hannan assisted in closing more than 100 deals totaling over $500 million in transaction volume.

Prior to working with Surmount, Hannan served as an airborne infantry paratrooper in the Israel Defense Forces, volunteered with Hand in Hand Family Services (now Braverhood) – a nonprofit organization caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, and interned at Highline Advisory. Hannan graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Finance and Investments and a minor in Mathematics and is currently residing in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and daughter.
