Davis Ford is an Analyst with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Davis joined Surmount in 2024 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, developers, and other large institutions. He assists with assembling offering memorandums and other marketing materials as well as comparable property data for clients, analyzes leases, and conducts property-level due diligence.
Prior to working with Surmount, Davis worked at Matthews Real Estate Investments Services where he specialized in net lease investment sales. Davis graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Davis lives in Manhattan, New York.
