Carolyn Sterling is a Transaction Coordinator with Surmount. Carolyn joined Surmount in 2020 and currently manages the processing of real estate transactional and administrative duties. She ensures legal documents and forms are complete and in compliance, and also manages marketing materials for the company.

Prior to working with Surmount, Carolyn worked as a Manager in the Member Services Department at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where she processed, reviewed, and recommended approval of all individual and corporate membership applications as well as the daily operations of the Exchange’s brokerage payment process for accurate reporting and account management averaging over $1 million in recovered funds. Carolyn currently lives in New York.
