Carlton St.Bernard is an Analyst with Surmount. Carlton joined Surmount in 2024 and currently works within the Institutional Coverage Group working on sale leaseback programs, disposition programs, and acquisition programs.

Prior to working with Surmount, Carlton interned at Citi where he worked within the structured products division. He graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Finance. Before moving to New York, Carlton lived in Manhattan Beach, California.
