Wil Linell is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Wil joined Surmount in 2025 and currently works in the Industrial Group, assisting in the structuring of sale-leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs for owners/operators, family offices, private equity firms, and institutional clients.

Prior to working with Surmount, Wil worked at AtScale where he managed and serviced relationships with large enterprises on the West Coast, addressing their Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence needs. He graduated from St. Lawrence University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business and Psychology. Wil lives in Boston, MA.
