Vincenzo Renda is an Associate, Investments with Surmount. Vinny joined Surmount in 2024 and currently focuses on representing high net worth individuals, developers, family offices and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties.

Prior to working with Surmount, Vinny worked at Purch Rock, a residential investment firm where he was responsible for the evaluation and acquisition of single-family and small multi-family properties in various markets spanning the East Coast. He graduated from Salve Regina University with a degree in Biology. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Vinny played two years of professional hockey in both Europe and the US.
