Vincent DePaul is an Associate, Investments at SURMOUNT. He joined the firm in 2026 and specializes in the disposition and acquisition of net lease investment properties, as well as 1031 exchange transactions and sale-leaseback advisory for clients.

Prior to joining SURMOUNT full-time, Vincent interned with the firm, where he assisted in the preparation of offering memorandums and marketing packages, conducted comparable sales and market research, and supported the brokerage team with underwriting and other transaction-related projects.

Vincent graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
