Theon Alfaro is a Senior Marketing Associate with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Theon joined NNN Pro in 2024 and currently helps manage property marketing, with eyes on all listings and their life cycle, including broker valuations, offering memorandums, and email marketing.

Prior to working with Surmount, Theon worked at Northmarq. Theon focused on all marketing efforts for three individual broker teams. Theon was responsible for the creative direction, graphic design, and layout of marketing deliverables and email marketing. Before Northmarq, Theon was a Senior Marketing Manager for Ascension (formerly “James Capital Advisors”). He managed the property marketing pipeline, assisted in revamping the company’s CRM, and helped with brand designs. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations.
