Scott Branca is an FP&A Manager with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Scott joined Surmount in 2023 and is currently building out FP&A functions and preparing monthly financials.

Prior to working Surmount, Scott worked at The Corcoran Group, one of the top residential real estate brokerages in New York City, where he led the FP&A team and oversaw annual planning and monthly forecasting processes. He graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Business Management. Scott lives in Queens, NY.
