Bobby Arruda is a Vice President with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro / STNL Advisors), a real estate consulting group that specializes in unlocking hidden value related to leasehold and fee-owned real estate assets.

Bobby joined Surmount in 2022 and partners with tenants and landlords to identify mutually beneficial arrangements advancing each party’s objectives. Additionally, he aids business owners and investors in planning growth strategies through an understanding of real estate and trade area trends.

Bobby possesses over seven years of real estate, finance, and operations experience primarily in the quick service restaurant space. Prior to working with NNN Pro, he worked at Inspire Brands where he held positions in real estate/development and supply chain within the Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins finance teams. Bobby graduated from Providence College with a degree in Finance & Economics and currently lives in New York City.
