Nicole Carroll is an Executive Assistant with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Nicole joined the Surmount in 2024 and currently supports the Chief Operating Officer, Nico DePaul.

Prior to working with Surmount, Nicole worked at Newlight Partners where she was the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. Nicole graduated from LIM College and resides with her family in Long Island, New York.
