Michael Liu is a Managing Director and Head of Technology with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Michael joined Surmount in 2014 and oversees and manages the company’s technology infrastructure and needs, explores strategic partnerships with technology-focused companies and products, and builds out the company’s digital brand and presence.

Michael previously worked on the Institutional Coverage Group and focused on the development and execution of sale-leaseback programs, and net lease acquisition and disposition programs for national franchisees, individual investors, REITs, and private investment firms in the United States.

He graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Michael lives in New York City.
