Meghan O’Sullivan is a Brokerage Operations Manager for Surmount. Meghan joined Surmount in 2023 and currently oversees the transaction process, compliance of brokerage marketing and state specific real estate laws, and various day-to-day operational tasks.

Prior to joining Surmount, Meghan worked at Marcus & Millichap as a Transaction Coordinator where she oversaw the processing of their Northeast Division’s brokerage transactions. She also specialized in processing interjurisdictional deals which helped her become well versed in state specific brokerage laws and requirements. She graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Sociology. Meghan currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
