Matthew Yadgood is a Construction Project Manager with Surmount (formerly UGDC). Matthew joined Surmount in 2021 and works on the development team, overseeing and ensuring the timely and costly completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Prior to working with Surmount, Matthew worked at a large property management firm in northern Massachusetts where he supervised a team of mid-level property managers and led the firm’s capital expenditure division. Matthew graduated from Merrimack College with a master’s degree in business management. He is currently based in Boston, Massachusetts.
