Mark Masino is a Managing Director, Industrials Specialist with Surmount (formerlly NNN Pro / STNL Advisors). Mark joined Surmount in 2017 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the disposition, acquisition, and exchange of industrial and office assets across the country. He represents various private equity firms, corporations, private investors, and institutional clients.

Since joining Surmount, Mark has closed more than $1.25 billion in transaction volume, concentrating on sale-leaseback transactions and single tenant industrial assets.

Prior to working with Surmount, Mark founded a successful real estate and development company in Chicago. He developed and sold more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial, office and residential property. Mark graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mark lives in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and daughter.
