Luke Babcock is an Analyst with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Luke joined Surmount in 2024 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the development and execution of sale-leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, developers, and other large institutions.

Prior to working with Surmount, Luke worked at Hawkins Delafield & Wood, LLP, supporting bond counsel in the underwriting and issuance of tax-exempt bond issues pursuant to numerous state and federal mortgage revenue and multi-family housing programs, LIHTC and other HUD voucher programs. He graduated from Bayes Business School in London with a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment. Prior, Luke graduated from Wesleyan University with degrees in Economics and History.
