Kevin Vogelsberg is a Senior Associate with Surmount. Kevin joined Surmount in 2024 and is currently a member of the Institutional Coverage Group, focusing on lease advisory services.

Prior to working with Surmount, Kevin worked at Orenda, Inc., where he was responsible for all commercial real estate transactions & the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services on the Real Estate Services team responsible for overseeing 22 million square feet of leased space by all NYC agencies. He graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration & Fordham University with a Master of Science in Real Estate.
