Ken Tamres is a Vice President with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Ken joined Surmount in 2024 and specializes in representing high net worth investors, family offices, developers, investment funds, and institutions, on the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of net-leased retail properties throughout the US, with a primary focus in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets.

With over a decade of investment sales experience, Ken has personally closed over $300 million in retail properties throughout his career and collaborated on an additional $250 million in transactions with his team. Ken’s commitment to a client-centric advisory approach ensures the effective utilization of strategies that align with his clients’ investment goals.

Prior to working with Surmount, Ken spent six years at a Washington, D.C. based real estate brokerage firm and 5 years at a national brokerage firm prior to that. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Elon University with a concentration in International Business and a minor in Accounting. Ken lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and two children.
