Kate Mackenbach is the People Operations Manager for Surmount. Kate joined Surmount in 2023 and currently manages all HR functions, including employee relations, performance, engagement, and operations.

Prior to working with Surmount, Kate spent four years working at Compass, where she held a variety of roles, including recruiting, M&A integration, and project management. She graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Art History.
