Kaitlyn Bolanos is an Executive Assistant to the CEO with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Kaitlyn joined NNN Pro in 2023 and currently oversees the office environment, manages office tasks and communications, and assists upper management with key functions.

Prior to working with Surmount, Kaitlyn worked at The Keyes Company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a Realtor where she facilitated property viewings and walk throughs, marketed properties effectively and advised clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages. Kaitlyn currently lives in Manhattan, New York.
