Jiayin Rong is a Revenue Accountant with Surmount. Jiayin joined Surmount in 2023 and currently manages the company’s account receivables and revenue, assists with monthly financial closings, and facilitates proper internal control procedures.

Prior to working with Surmount, Jiayin worked at IL MAKIAGE, a tech-driven prestige beauty brand where she was responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting, tax and audit operations. She was involved in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting. She also assisted with the implementation of the company’s new payroll system and design of the employee benefit package. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Jiayin currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
