Jennifer Burns is a Development Coordinator with Surmount (formerly UGDC). Jennifer joined Surmount in 2024 and currently supports Project Managers and Directors of Construction with project-specific administrative needs.

Prior to working with Surmount, Jennifer was a Customer Service Manager in the sensor manufacturing industry for over 22 years. She successfully maintained the online return center, all in house RMAs and escalated customer issues by working with factory partners, vendors and product engineers.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Communication from Emmanuel College and currently resides in Wareham, Massachusetts.
