Danny is a Vice President, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Danny joined Surmount in 2016 and currently focuses on representing build-to-suit developers, institutional disposition portfolios, 1031 exchange buyers, franchisee/franchisor sale-leaseback programs, and advises private owners and family offices with their real estate investments.

Danny began his real estate career by working as an asset manager for his family’s commercial real estate portfolio with holdings in office, multi-family, and industrial properties where tenants include numerous regional and national credit companies. After graduating from the Michael F. Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, Danny joined Surmount full-time as an Analyst before becoming a Senior Associate where he operated for three years. During that time, Danny worked on various institutional acquisition programs, large portfolio sale-leaseback dispositions, as well as buyer representation for all sizes of net lease transactions with a particular specialization in asset types including gas stations, car washes, quick service restaurants, casual dining restaurants, dollar stores, pharmacies, and banks.
