Brett Lichtenberg is Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Brett joined Surmount in 2021 and currently serves as a strategic advisor and liaison to the Leadership Team, driving the execution of key strategic and operational growth initiatives across the company.

Prior to working with Surmount, Brett worked at UBS where he served as Director of Strategy and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Head of UBS Wealth Management driving business development opportunities and supporting ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients. He graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a degree in Business Administration. Brett lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
