Blake Woods is an Associate with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Blake joined Surmount in 2024 and specializes in representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets nationwide. He has worked on behalf of private investors, high-net-worth individuals, and REITs to ensure achievement of their investment goals.

While being well-versed in all asset classes of Net Lease, Blake has exclusively represented numerous owners of Veterinary Hospitals across the country in their investment sales needs.

Prior to working with Surmount, Blake worked at Fortis Net Lease where he was quickly voted the firm's “Top Rookie”. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Economics. Blake is originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and now lives in New York.
