Ashley Railsback is an Executive Assistant with SURMOUNT. Ashley joined SURMOUNT in 2026 and currently supports Kevin O’Hanlon in the firm’s Miami office. She manages his calendar, correspondence, and expense reporting, as well as coordinates domestic and international travel, including travel to industry events. Ashley also conducts property research to support the team’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining SURMOUNT, Ashley spent five years at Deloitte as an Engagement Financial Advisor, supporting engagement teams serving clients in the Banking & Financial Services industry. In that role, she managed engagement revenue, forecasting, and pricing, and translated financials into insights for senior leadership. She also planned events for Deloitte’s South Florida Culture Initiative.

She graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in Finance. Ashley lives in Coral Gables, Florida, with her husband.
